smart actions using up battery

smart actions on my razr is on the top of my battery usage list at 25% but i'm not even using it. I use juice defender ultimate. why is smart actions taking my battery life even when I force it to stop?

Get rid of juice defender and see if it still shows. I have smart actions active all day and it never shows in battery use
