I have a Droid Global, bought about 14 or 15 months ago; I use Mac computer; use Missing Sync to sync wirelessly.
Began having problems a few months ago -- touch screen wouldn't respond, sound turned off by itself, various grimlins. Finally did a factory reset a few weeks ago and now it's even worse. I restored notes, calendar, email but now nothing syncs. As before sometimes the touch screen as well as the back arrow at the bottom does not work.
They are telling me I need a new device -- after less than 1.5 years??? Why would I want to replace this piece of junk?
I've shut it down. removed battery, called Verizon. Now what?
Please guys . . . doesn't anybody have an idea of where I can get help? I've posted on this forum and Missing Sync. I need help.
Thanks
