SMS converted to MMS

I was just testing my GF and really long text (prolly my longest text ever lol) and all the sudden a lil message popped up saying" converting to MMS" which I get what that means, but I was wondering, since I have both unlimited and testing and pic/vid messaging, as well as the unlimited data package, it shouldn't charge me any extra, right? I heard of people who only had unlimited testing, getting charged extra once it converted to MMS and sent.

If you have MMS in your plan it isn't going to cost you anything extra to send MMS.
