SMS Text - How to save JPG Attachments

I have SMS texts that have JPG attachments. I can't figure out how to save the images and then e-mail them. Or... is there a way to e-mail them from the SMS Text? My other phone before this it was very easy. I can't figure this out... Some help please

I know this one! Press your finger on the picture and hold down on it, then a menu will pop up and you can save it onto your SD card. Then just compose your email and add it as an attachment.
