Open a new line. Put dummy phone on line, pull nexus off the line and put on your line, get new sim card for your number. Pay 10 bucks a month for the two year contract. And wa la.

but unless my math is wrong:
$100 for GNex +240 (10 bucks a month for two years) = $340. That's more money than just the $299 Verizon is asking.

Hah, I sort of had thus problem too. That, and I seriously dreamt about the phone a couple times. The anticipation for the phone was killing me. It was worth all the waiting though.
