So, where is that soak test update?

The news was everywhere last week about a soak test starting and an official OTA dropping soon after. Haven't heard of anyone getting it yet though; anyone know what the timeline is going to be?

To my knowledge, the soak testers must agree to "keep quiet" about it; this is probably why you haven't about it. The official OTA is supposed to drop 2-3 weeks after the soak test.

Search rootzwiki droid 3 ota.

Installed it and it fixed my swype issuse.
Will see if it fixes my reboot, gps and bluetooth issuses.

Yes, its one of the leaked ones, but its the same 5.6.890.XT862.Verizion.en.US that verizon is showing in there docs.

But on rootzwiki they warned about not being able to recieve future updates if it's installed.

I wouldn't say there are none. At least not until the real OTA is out, copied and posted.

Yeah, there's no bugs so far that I've noticed. But that doesn't mean there aren't any.
