So I soft-bricked my MOTOROLA RAZR XT912, I have been trying to reset it to stock ROM but the Fastboot says the device is currently locked. So I found a program call "motopocalypse" and was trying to unlock my device, but every time I start the program is says it started successfully, and then nothing, I have let it sit there for about 20 minutes and still nothing. I'm not sure what to do now.
Further info: My device is stuck on a reboot loop.
Thanks for the help!

Use this method: http://www.phonearena.com/news/How-...-M-back-to-stock-ICS-from-the-JB-leak_id35580 do not downgrade to ICS. Flash the version you were on before you bricked the phone. I have read on other websites that you don't have to be unlocked if you will flash stock roms unless you are flashing custom roms. Here are the stock roms for the Droid Razr M and other phones: http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=8 Don't you mean Razr M XT907? The Razr XT912 is the original Razr. Not the Razr M.

Sorry about that, it is the Original Razr. I have tried that method, and I did everything it said but when I hit the "..." on "RSD Lite" it doesn't have the option to "decompress and flash" I can only "decompress file." Also I installed the latest drivers for that phone, but when I plug it in the phone does not show up on the PC, or RSD lite.

Watch this guide: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=z9lPw5Lxpx4 So it does not show up niether on pc or RSD? What exactly are you doing? Maybe its your pc. If it is borrow a computer from a friend or someone. I have a little experience with RSD. But I have never flashed a Motorola Android device. I have only flashed a Razr V3m (the V3m is old and really outdated). All you needed to flash a V3m was RSD, drivers, and the "shx" file. Anyway let me know if you are still having trouble.
