Software update - OTA -

Running non rooted Samsung Galaxy S III every time I click the home button or unlock my phone, I get the Verizon Wireless OTA software update to 4.1.2 , I'm assuming .

I'm completely not rooted at all still running stock everything just as if It was right out of the box .
I really do not want to update as I will not be able to use Foxfi anymore so I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of this pesky reminder type ordeal .

All help is greatly appreciated

Can anybody confirm it is still working on the new software OTA update for Verizon ???

Foxifi works with 4.1.2. I'm on my kids were on their ipods the whole drive up to the Hershey Bears game tonight

I don't think so . My brother did the update and can't use Foxfi anymore :/
I'm not letting that happen to me ..

Not sure why but I'm here to tell you it worked after the update. Two ipods and a laptop from from Baltimore to PA without fail.
