Software version different the verizon demo phones?

I noticed in the store the bionic was running 5.9.991 when mine is running 5.5.886. I tried to do an update and mine says up to date. What version is everyone else running?

5.5.886 here as well.
I'm going to guess that the demo units in the stores have a demo mode that cycles through which is why it has a different version number
