[Solved] saving/opening email attachments

Why won't my father in laws AOL email attachments open on his S4? They have been opening. The last two days he hasn't been able to open them. Can't preview or save them.

Did it just start or was it a problem from the start? You may want to remove the account, restart then add it back in. Might help, couldn't hurt.

It just started two days ago. He has had the phone for about three weeks. No problems up until a few days ago.

Try removing the account and adding it back. That frequently solves several problems that would otherwise take time to track down.
