IIRC, the Seidio cases for the Droid didn't come out until the Droid had been released for a while.

The Seidio case I have for my Droid is by far the best case I have used for my Droid and I tried a few.

My biggest annoyance with accessories/cases is having to pull off the case to use the car dock/ home dock. Before I drop a few hundred dollars on accessories, this time, I hope someone, Moto or whomever,thinks this through.

Oh yeah, I really want two desktop docks and a car dock. However I'm hoping this car dock is better than the d1 one. The suction chip is horrible on mine and always falls off my windshield when I'm driving... Its extremely annoying ...

Really? I have actually had pretty good luck with the car dock - it has only come off a couple times, like during extreme temperatures. I did find if I just stuck it back up it would fall off again - but if I cleaned the area really well with glass cleaner, got rid of all the residue and then put a small amount of clean water on the suction cup prior to attaching it, it will stay on for severl months at a time.

That's the problem, even if my window us a little bit dirty, it should still stick, I ditched my garmin gps for the google navigation, but my garmin suction cup would always stay put. I bought my husband a non-motorola one for his car and that one really sticks. I'm sucking to my opinion that it was a crappy design, and really hoping this one is better.

I found the suction cup of the car dock to be disappointing as well. What I ended up doing was using the Garmin Friction Mount with the Car Dock. It fits like a glove.

Edit: It also looks like the BIONIC car dock will put much less stress on the micro-USB port of the phone since you're plugging the phone into the dock, then plugging your charger into the dock.
