something hijacked my volume

Can 't figure it out.
Multimedia vcolume is barely audible.

Ringtones, etc. Maxed out.
Wow, typing on this is a CHORE.

Yea this happened to me when I first got mine.... idk what caused it, but I just killed all my apps and it was fine n hasn't happened since....... hope that helps

if u would search there is a lengthy discussion on this.just power of phone wait 15 sec turn back on. or do a batt pull. its a temporary glitch in software should be fixed dec 11 with OS update
