sometimes phone does not respond

does anyone else have an issue with the phone not responding.. like sometimes it wont open any apps. when i click on them they get highlight lick it registered that i clicked on it but it wont do anything... i can still get to all 3 home screens... but it wont open any apps and widgets become unresponsive.

Yeah, I've had this issue. the only thing I can figure is one of the apps I downloaded hosed my system. And the only fix I have found is a hard reset, for me once it started doing that it never got better.
