It seems like Sony is getting desperate for new ideas when it comes to the mobile markets. Their latest concept is a specialized "Selfie" camera.
As you can see, the idea is a freely rotatable lens attachment at the top of a digital, touch-screen camera. It will supposedly be launching in China on August 22nd (tomorrow). This device actually has solid specs, including "1/2.3-inch Exmor RS 19.2-megapixel sensor with optical image stabilization, 3-inch display, Wi-Fi, NFC support and microSD support."
Despite the decent specs, their idea is quite hideous (although that is obviously subjective). It appears to be a missing piece of a perfume bottle, which suggests they are probably marketing this to women. Although that seems fairly logical, it also happens to be pretty sexist.
What do you think of Sony's latest creation?
