Beside the Sony Xperia Z1 being one of the most beautiful pieces of Android hardware on the market, it also has the benchmark scores to back up those good looks. We do not put much weight on benchmarks, but we understand the community loves to see handsets put on the "dyno" and post it's results. We're not going to spoil this one for you and give you those numbers-- boooooo -- so hit play and check out the impressive numbers the Z1 gets. Hint: it blows the Galaxy S4 away and bests the LG G2 in every category. Enjoy!

GNote3 is better on 2 out of the 3 tested on the Z1....

My new LG G2 is doing pretty well in Antutu and Quadrant. Bone stock, not rooted or overclocked...

They probably used a pre-production version of the G2, because so far his numbers in the video are not even close to what I am seeing...

Why can't Verizon stop being such fools and get Sony on their side. I WANT THAT PHONE

Lol, I love how he says LG G2. Almost makes me want to get that phone so I can whip it out and sound like some secret foreign intelligence agent when I pronounce it like that. Check out my LGeee Gee2 and prepare to die....

Considering that we're talking about devices still running unoptimized software in terms of Apps I think either will satisfy =p

The Sony wins hands down in terms of aesthetics and ruggedness, at least on paper. The Note 3 takes the cake in terms of flexibility IF you keep it stock due to the S-pen functionality. What remains to be seen is how each will handle in terms of battery, smoothness, outdoor brightness, camera, etc compared to one another. As of now the Sony is sexy enough that I'm willing to jump ship for it if I must, but the Note 3 is definitely quite tempting as of now.

I just don't like that on VZ we have to settle for bloated versions that require rooting and flashing to get a decent experience on. Off on a tangent here, but unfortunately skins, carrier bloat, and overall value of the phone are fully intertwined at this point.
