Sony's Xperia Z3 Shows Up in Leaked Pics

Here's a story we didn't quite get to from Friday. Above and below we have a couple of leaked pics of the Sony Xperia Z3 flagship. The only notable difference between this device and the Z2 is that it is a bit thinner and doesn't have the silver trim of the older model.

Here's a refresh of the rumored specs:

• 5.15-inch 1080p display
• 2.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and Adreno 330 GPU
• 3GB of RAM
• 16GB of internal storage
• 20.7-megapixel rear camera
• 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera
• Android 4.4.4 KitKat

It's a bit disappointing to see the internals of an upcoming flagship come from technology launched in competing devices at the beginning of the year. We are also surprised that it will come with KitKat. You would think Sony would be working to bring Android L to a phone that hasn't even launched yet.
