Sound File Attached To Text - Make Into Ringtone?

A friend of mine sent me a sound file. On my old enV2 I was able to save it as a sound file and/or ringtone. Don't tell me you can't do that on a Droid, cause I haven't found a way to do it and it would be sad if you couldn't >_>
