Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there knew why my phone was saying "the linked program is not installed in your phone" when I try to open up my sound setting for ringtones..it does this with the HTC sound set 2010 that it came with, also the notifications/ringtone/alarm buttons. I don't know what program I may have accidently deleted for it to say this...has anyone else had this problem and knows what I need to do?
