Yay! Source code for Lollipop is finally here for the Verizon HTC One M8! With the bootloader unlocked you can actually already have fully working AOSP on the VZW HTC One M8. However you need the source code to have fully functioning Lollipop sense roms. Without source you get all kinds of bugs. Now that the source code has been released new Sense roms should be flooding out! This comes only a few weeks after the official 5.0 OTA and RUU files were released!
