Speakerphone issue

I know there have been some threads on this in the past. Nothing that really seemed to help.
Co-worker with a DINC2 has low volume on her Dinc2 Speakerphone. This is a refurb she got to replace her last one.

My speakerphone has always been nice and loud post-root and pre-root. Likewise another co-worker on a stock Dinc2 has no issue here either.
Get another refub or is there anything else I can try?

The only other thing I would try Is maybe a factory reset

Very common complaint these days with all the new smartphones. They're simply not spending the $$ on the amplification crkts anymore. I bought a $20 ext. Speaker from target a few months ago Works great.
