Speed Limit App??

Does anyone know of an app that would show the speed limit of whatever road you're on? Similar to what would be in the corner of a newer Garmin but not necessarily showing on a map?

That would be cool. I'd like to find one that also tells vehicle speed also. Not trying to hijack your thread though.

There are navigation apps like Waze and Trapster that show road hazards, speed traps and cop locations, reported by other users. I don't recall one that indicates speed limits. Where I am, nobody really observes the real speed limit.
