So i rooted my fascinate any suggestions on rooted apps to boost my phonez speed

not really any 'apps' for increasing speed (other than SetCPU if you have a OCd kernel). Speed increases come from other sources most noticeable ROMs and kernels. With that said you could remove a lot of the bloatware apps on it and switch to a new/better Home-Screen (LauncherPro and ADW are the normally the two top, be sure to uninstall the stock launcher after). Grab Titanium Backup if you haven't yet, it's the easiest way to remove stock apps w/o terminals and will be priceless for the backup feature(s) as you play around.
