Spell Check W/Google Chrome

I'm having a brain freeze getting Spell check while using Google Chrome. Its working fine while on IE. So Wha up

( The spell check I'm talking about is the one on this site when you are posting a reply or a new post. Posting Rules shows HTML is OFF and I can't find how to turn on ..Yet..)
