splashplay not on market?

I've seen reviews on androidapps.com and other places for a guitar learning app called SplashPlay, but I can't find it in the market. Does anyone know what app I am talking about and why its not available?

I'm the SplashPlay founder and it was decided to deprecate the Android ADC round 1 top 50 app, due to mechanical copyright issues with songs on the server.

Please bear with us, we are working on a refactored desktop version; Beta version available here. Then hope to roll out a revamped version for Android, that seems to be going from strength to strength
