Big problem. I keep getting the OTA downloading in the background. I had otacerts.zip.bak in /system/etc/security, renamed it to otacerts.zip and rebooted...still kept downloading. Deleted it and rebooted..keeps downloading.
It's trying to download a 77MB file, and once it's done it says system is up to date, no pop-up or nothing. Then a few minutes later it'll download it again. It never asks me to install or anything. No idea what to do.
All I did was change to a p3 2.2 kernel...I guess that could be causing it???
Edit: it wasn't just the p3 kernel. I flashed back to Chevy's 1ghz lv kernel and it's still constantly downloading in the background and never gives the option to install it.
