JbirdVegas adds this to his CM roms and id like to add it to Hashcode's CM9 rom and see if he will put it into his roms by default.

I use chargebar for that and it works like a charm. No hackery required just a play store search.

Team Battery Bar also offers this option. Slightly less memory required as well I believe.
