Steel Droid deleting home page shortcuts

Just installed SD3 with Safestrap, now a few times when allowing screen to be in auto rotation, home page shortcuts have been removed. I can easily put them back, but there is many. I am using Go Laucher Ex theme. Is this problem with my theme or my rom? I used to use ADW on stock rooted with no problems but couldn't get it to install on SD3.

I am runnning adw on SD3 without any problems.
Install fresh from market usually fixed me in the past.

I have figured this one out. It is the GoLauncher.

I installed it and was running the Win 7 theme, and it constantly doing the same thing. There is an update for the Launcher. It hasnt happened since the update (Monday or Tuesday).
