Sticky notes

Under manage applications I have Sticky note version 2.2.1 showing. But I do not find it any where else. I do not see it in the app window or on any of my screens. It will not let me force stop it or uninstall it. I think when I got my phone a couple of months ago I played around with this app. and I must have uninstalled part of it somehow. How do I get it back to a usable app?
Also there seams to be a lot of apps that I don't want or use and cannot delete them in the app manager. Is there a way to get rid of them?

Update I got it figured out. the sticky note is a widget and I was looking in the wrong place.

Apps that come with the phone cannot be removed unless you root the phone.
