If you've seen the long screenshot capability on the newer Notes and wish you could have the same on your phone here's the opportunity to have it.
A recent update added auto stitch ability by simply opening the app, open the screen you want to stitch , save and/or share.
Here's a couple of examples where I grabbed a photo someone texted me and quickly stitched it to one I saw on Facebook

and one more odd a partial story about hurricane Matthew I grabbed from my Opera browser

Since I didn't get this feature when my Note4 got a M I went for the paid version to remove ads. It's a little slow saving on Opera but Textra, stitching from QuicPic, Tapatalk and the stock gallery grabbed and stitched the shots very fast, almost eye blink fast. It suggests scroll 3/4 screen then wait but I've found a little less than that and it captures and stitches a whole lot faster.
This is a pretty neat little app if you're looking for a quick way to save a whole text conversation, webpage, or other long screen.

Great write up!when I had my Note 4 that was the only feature I wanted to get. I was happy they added it with the update but Im surprised AT@T didn't include it.

Now looking back I'm more amazed Verizon didn't remove it lol...

Thanks for sharing, Mark! I may have to give this a try. Can't say I'll use it all the time, but I can think of several instances lately where it may have been nice to have.

My Note 4 got it with marshmallow, but I didn't play with it because I was only updating it to keep it current add a backup device.

mine might have gotten it and I just don't know how to use it/activate it. I already had the free version of this app so I went ahead and helped the developer since it's well done and useful to non Note owners.
