Stock Battery Charging display

When my droid x is off and them plugged into power, I briefly see a nice graphic of a partially filled battery with the percent full displayed underneath. I am looking for a way to have this displayed all the time when I am charging the battery. I was thinking of using Tasker to do this but I cannot find the function.

Any Ideas?
