Stop Programs from Relaunching

Ive rooted my Droid X, and want to install a program that will stop the relaunch of apps after task kills and force closes. Help!

use titanium backup to freeze the programs.

And get rid of your task killer. Use watchdog to monitor wayward threads. With 2.2 your can only relaunch threads anyway unless you freeze the app as a whole.
