Stopping Kit Kat Update

So I just rooted my S4 in anticipation of the coming KitKat Update. I don't want the update due to its killing of FoxFi. So my question is what do I need to do in order to stop the update. What and How do i freeze the necessary apps?

I apologize if I have asked this before, but I cant seem to find the thread if i did.

Fox Fi fixed the problem with Kit Kat and mine works on my S4. Little more hoops but works. I am not rooted and am on Verizon.
