strange blue circle on screen touch (not taps or pointer)

Hi, I have samsung a52s 5G (SM-A528B/DS) with android 12 oneui 4.1 and Nova launcher.

I have a colored circle that appears wherever I touch the screen (any screen!)

I have enabled the developer options , I have found the 'input' section..

switch on 'taps' I get a white dot, as well as a blue transparent circle...

'pointer location' works as it should do...

but still have blue circle wherever i touch...

I'm not really sure about the blue circle. I will have to test on my Samsung phone. See if I see anything under accessibility settings. Maybe might be something related to that circle..
