Strange Problem with MediaFly - Phone speaker not working

I have a strange problem with Mediafly. After listening to a podcast the phone apps headset speaker no longer works. No sound coming from it. I can press the speaker button and sound is coming from the loudspeaker. I have to reboot the phone to get it working again.

Also, on multiple occasions I had Music app start while listening to Mediafly. Both a song from the music app and the MediaFly podcast are intermixed running at the same time.

Anyone else have these kind of problems?
