Streaming video problems

I've been trying to stream videos from the net over 3g and if I try to skip ahead in the video or let it play for about 30 secs the screen will become very pixilated with large black blocks on the screen. When I first got my incredible it worked fine but now it doesn't. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

I have been having problems with streaming any and all utube videos. It doesn't matter how short or long they are..they still won't load fast enough and it has to stop every 15 secs or so to load more. This is when I go to the site with mobile view...which used to work the best and loaded fast. Seems like my phone just gets slower everyday :-/ Can anyone offer advice for our streaming probs?

Hopefully neither of you have hardware problems. I use arcmedia player b/c all other players messed up YouTube videos.
