stuck at black moto screen

This morning i woke up and my droid asked to update to 2.2. so i clicked yes and now after restarting it just stays at the black motorola screen .does it just take a long while to update? its been stuck on the screen for about an hour and a half

not that long, have you tried pulling the battery and restarting

ya called them up talked with them for three hours and now theyre giving me a new phone
