stuck at load screen

I know this has been answered somewhere but can't find answer. If I flash any rom my phone gets stuck at load screen. I was on ics then went back to gingerbread and then all problems started when trying to go back to ics

You could try a factory reset and wipe the cache partition. Normally those are what cause your phone to be stuck at the loading screen.

Tried and still get stuck, Idk ill stay on gingerbread for now. I figured it out but data doesn't work now so ill forget about it for now thanks for your help
