Stuck on Android System Recovery HELP battery is wasting

Help I am stuck in bootloop or grey screen. I am able to get in to the android system recovery but cannot load up safestrap. I am so the .213 ICS leak, CM9 Rom and did some dumb stuff trying to fix data and borked the phone. Not sure how much time I have left as the phone was at 90% battery an hour ago and I cannot find any relevant information on how to fix this at all.

I did the following to try to get back to stock ICS from cyanogenmod.
I flashed into recovery and tried to go toggle the safe mode and recover the backup I had there. then i got an .img error and figured that was not good.
So I toggled back to safe mode enabled and wiped the data and just rebooted.
Then I got a grey screen and it will not boot up

I also tried reflashing the .213 leak and get this
file_getprop: failed to stat "/system/build.prop": no
such file or directory
E:error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
(status 7)
installation aborted

Since you are on the .213 leak, I'd follow the directions as if you were on an earlier leak trying to get to .213.....ie...fasbooting the gingerbread .219 system and the .213 kernel then reinstalling the .213 OTA

Thanks for responding Ive tried using RSD Lite to maually flash the .213 ICS Leak but it said it was an XML error and didnt complete.
I thought I was not supposed to flash GB if I am already on ICS

Got it but why does it take so long to download the GB 219 fastboot file. Im having it go to 18hrs to 1 day back and forth with the download never passing 0.0% no matter where i download it from.
nvm got it finally
