Stuck on Authorizing Purchase?

Anyone had this issue? I recently purchased iSyncr for PC (Amazing app BTW). I've never had issues purchasing apps prior to this. Anyway, it sent the email saying thanks for the purchase but continued to be stuck on that phase. I emailed the developer, he tried canceling the order from his side as it wouldn't work from the Market. At that point I received the email saying it had been cancelled.

I was hoping to just repurchase it. Instead, the app continues to be in my "Downloads" within the market yet still will not download. I've searched the Google Market help and there are a TON of threads about this. Google has yet to respond to the issue.

Has this happened to any of you guys? If so did you ever get it resolved? How?

Pretty much the same thing happened to me with Vlingo a month or two back. The cancel order finally worked. I still wanted to try Vlingo but seeing as I already cancelled it once, the marketplace advised me that I couldn't cancel it again. I contracted the developer who quickly emailed me back telling me he would refund my $9.99 if it failed to install again. Luckily, second time around, everything worked.

Short version: contact the developer. Ask him if they'll refund your money if it doesn't install.
 
I have in the same dilemma, but with Pure Calendar Widget (Agenda)... It's been stuck in "Authorizing Purchase..." for the past 3 days. I bought the app 3 months ago and had to reinstall it due to my upgrade from Froyo... Finally emailed the dev today and still waiting for his response....
