Stuck on M and bootloop

I am new here so please bear with me, here is my problem.

I tried flashing the avalon rom to my droid 2, but then I realized that is not even for the droid, now it only either gets stuck on the M or it starts the boot for avalon and keeps looping.

I have no idea how to fix it, I can't go back to clockwork, it only takes me to sprecovery, i have tried doing update zip but it keeps abortin... can someone please help me, I will apreciate it.

You will have to flash your .sbf using your computer. In the Droid 2 forum there is a good thread stickied. In the hacks part. I'd link it but this App kinda sucks. You will need windows 7 and download a few files.
Edit: had to use the browser, but this is the thread.
