Stuck on white HTC load screen

My phone is rooted, last night I believe it trid to take an upgrade. This morning when i went to use it, it said powering down and restarted itself, saying that it was deleting and modifying files. I believe it said there was an error, couldnt tell though because it cleared itself quick. It rebooted again and is now stuck on the white screen that says HTC. It will not go any farther. Tried taking the battery out and putting it back in but it is still hanging up on this screen every time. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Im able to get into Android System Recovery, are there any options in there that will help me? Im not familiar with the stuff...

Theres a post on here about the stuck on white screen youll have to flash ics and youll be ok let me find the post for you

I believe youll have to relock your phone and then flash the ics and reroot
