Stuttering notifications?

Since the 2.1 update I've noticed that all my notifications (email, text) kind of stutter. Like Droi-oi-oi-oiiiid. I also have one that says "hello moto" but now says He-o m-o. Anyone else having this problem..and is there a fix?
