Subscribing to every thread I post in... how do I get it to stop? x.x

Well, everytime I post in a thread, it automatically subscribes it to me which ends up with me getting MASS amounts of e-mails from the forum saying "New Reply on Bla bla bla" and it's reallllly annoying... how can I get it to stop? x.x

go to the user cp, you can uncheck it in the options.
