Super user denied?

Hey guys I just rooted and installed the 901 update. I got bionic bootstrap and have been trying to make a backup but it keeps saying super user request denied. Any ideas? I'm pretty sure I kept root through the update as I just installed a working screenshot app that requires root and It works fine.

I just tried with titanium backup and it was denied too. Maybe root didn't survive the update but the super user app is still there? Idk I'm new to this root stuff

Try this. Go to manage applications and select superuser. Clear data or uninstall updates. Then try to access titanium backup again. If you didn't 43v3r root before you updated to 901 you may have lost root.
