Switching from Motodoid to Inc question

So if I switch to the incredible is there anyway to transfer all my "payed" apps over too?
And what about music playlists? will I loose them? Been using the mixzing for my player cause it works better than the standard one.

All the paid apps info is stored on the cloud. all you have to do with the DI is sign into your account in the phone. then open the app store. press downloads and you will see all your paid apps. select the ones you want to download again.
