Greetings, new to forums and the droid phone. I am a previous blackberry user. two thoughts of interest this time. Swype for droid, I Like the idea and would like to see what is available. Is there a simple installation process and uninstall process if I am not happy.
Also Battery use, Is there any way of getting longer use without getting a larger battery (size) any suggestions for longer use for battery?
thanks

Welcome! Glad to have you wit us. I do not use Swype but most apps can be uninstalled by tapping menu, tap settings, tap applications, tap manage applications, tap the app and tap uninstall.

If you have a task killer uninstall it. The Android OS does a fantastic job of managing the OS so that will help.

Mike
