Swype issue with word correction

I downloaded Swype to my Thunderbolt yesterday and have an issue when creating words. I Swype a word; generally, if it's incorrect, you can double tap the word and Swype pops up a menu of "did you mean this word" options. Which I love! However, everytime I go to correct a word currently there are two windows that pop up. Swype's window and then it seems a general system window that asks if i want to "cut copy or paste". This second window makes it impossible to see/select Swype's correction window as it literally overlaps ontop of it. I went under the Language and Keyboard settings and also Swype's setting. I can't find anything to remove this cut, copy paste window or at least disable it when using Swype.
Anyone else have this issue or perhaps a fix?

Have the same issue. I posted another thread about it a few days ago, but no one's posted any possible solutions as of yet.

Sent from Lakeville, MN :)

I've found a solution. Take 1 second between taps. That is to say, tap once, let the cursor appear, then tap again. Rapid double tap causes that window. Just wait longer between taps.
