Swype-No letters, only blue box

After I rebooted the phone this morning swype will not select any letters. Any time I tap the keyboard just get a blue box highlighted around the keyboard. A reinstall fixed the issue, but has anyone else had this problem?

I've had this happen a few times as well. A re-install always fixes it for me.

Tha's kind of a pain in the ass to have to keep reinstalling.
