Sync contacts with Gmail, Outlook, Droid X....

I want the contacts sync'd up on my Outlook installation, Droid X and Gmail account. I have Google's calendar sync which does a pretty good job for the calendar, but not gettin' anywhere on a solution for the contacts.

Suggestions?

I use gsyncit to sync Outlook and my Google account.
