Sync has been on since last night

My sync has been on since last night in the notification bar and it doesn't stop any help?

Have you rebooted? Try using the power control widget and turn the sync off and back on again.

Did you flash a new rom and use titanium backup to restore apps & data? If so your going to have to reflash the rom and only restore apps, no data. Its a known issue with titanium and some roms.

Well I did flash to gummyjar then apex but went back to stock and used titanium to restore all my apps and data

Yup, you get the eternal sync from time to time with blur roms like apex or gummyjar, including stock. Do a factory reset and restore only apps.
